Even though we are best-known for our Cabernets, we also produce world-class Syrah from the rugged landscape of our Moon Mountain District estate vineyard. That vineyard sits 1,800 ft above sea and the coastal influences provide the perfect balance of power and structure present in this wine.
Theorem Vineyards is nestled on the northern slope of Diamond Mountain in Calistoga, approximately 1,100 feet above sea level. This breathtaking estate allows our wines to benefit from volcanic soil, minimal fog, ample sunlight, and cooling afternoon winds.
