Due to the ever-changing nature of state and federal wine shipping laws, Theorem Vineyards may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to most U.S. states, with the exception of Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Rhode Island, and Utah. This list is subject to change without notice based on changes in applicable laws and regulations. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship wine to these states, including shipments intended as gifts.

By placing an order, the purchaser represents and warrants that they are at least 21 years of age and that the wine is being purchased for personal consumption or gifting, and not for resale or any other commercial purpose.

Theorem Vineyards complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the sale and shipment of alcoholic beverages and maintains all required licenses and permits necessary to ship where legally authorized.

Federal Express is Theorem Vineyards' preferred shipping carrier. Shipping charges are based on current market rates. Carriers and shipping methods may vary by state to ensure compliance with local regulations while optimizing quality control and delivery efficiency.

Once your order has been released from our fulfillment center, tracking information and an estimated delivery date will be shared via email. An adult who is at least 21 years of age must be present to sign for the shipment upon delivery. Carriers cannot leave wine shipments without an adult signature.

Applicable sales taxes, excise taxes, and other required fees will be collected and remitted as required by the laws of the destination state.

To protect the quality of our wines, Theorem Vineyards may delay shipments during periods of extreme weather. If weather conditions could compromise your order, we will hold your shipment until safe transit conditions return.

Any shipping-related issues must be reported within 30 days of the original ship date to be eligible for review and attempted resolution. Orders canceled after processing are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
